Luke has lived in Hong Kong for many years. He is also very familiar with British culture and has observed that many HK investors have a special interest in overseas properties in various countries, i.e. UK, Australia, Canada, United States, Thailand, etc. and he is committed to assisting Hong Kong investors by facilitating property transactions and ensuring a smooth transition for them. His legal background means he is familiar with how legal conveyance is handled, and his communication skills can assist in establishing a clear understanding between lawyers acting for buyers and sellers.​

The objective is to help his customers make a 6-8% profit from their investment.

Dr. Samir Kent Acharya (MBBS/DFM)

Dr. Acharya worked in England from 1973 to 1992. During this time, he has extensive experience in dealing with properties via purchase, sale, and finance. This equipped him to learn about building a property portfolio, both residential and commercial.

He worked in Hong Kong from 1992 until 2021, running his own private medical practice while maintaining his interest in UK properties.

Now he has decided to share his experience and assist investors in developing their UK property portfolios.

1. There is chronic shortage of housing within UK.
